High-speed, sideways racing will return to the heart of Adelaide when the NAPA Speedway in the City fires up its action-packed four-day programme from 26 – 29 November.
The NAPA Speedway in the City returns for the third consecutive year as a major highlight of the Supercars’ championship crowning bp Adelaide Grand Final.
The popular event will play host to the NAPA Sprintcar Invitational under lights on Thursday and Friday evening.
The powerful Sprintcars and their drivers will battle for their share of a massive $140,000 prize pool, which includes $25,000 from naming rights partner NAPA.
Global automotive parts company NAPA is synonymous with supporting major motorsport programs around the world, including Supercars teams and Sprintcars in Australia.
Three-time Australian Sprintcar champion James McFadden is the first confirmed driver to compete, returning with NAPA in the hopes of claiming victory on the 342-metre temporary speedway on the infield of the Adelaide Street Circuit.
With three Grand Annual Classic victories to his name, James continues to be one of the top contenders and fan favourites in the Sprintcars field following a successful stint in the US during his career.

General admission tickets are also available from $39 with the NAPA Speedway in the City included as part of spectator’s bp Adelaide Grand Final access, providing great value motorsport all four days of the event.
Thursday and Friday nights will also feature the NAPA Speedway VIP platform for the ultimate trackside experience, complete with a quality food and beverage package and unparalleled views of the track. Tickets are available HERE.
Formula 500’s and Modified Sedans will support the NAPA Sprintcar Invitational & Speedway Class Invitational on Thursday and Friday nights with their own $10,000 prize purses, producing edge-of-your-seat racing all evening.
Other exciting feature events as part of the NAPA Speedway in the City will be advised closer to the bp Adelaide Grand Final.

The NAPA Speedway was part of last year’s blockbuster bp Adelaide Grand Final that delivered over $100 million in economic benefit to the state’s economy and saw a total attendance of 285,700.
