PODIUM CLUB COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. Promoter: South Australian Motor Sports Board (ABN: 43 976 679 496), Level 5, 182 Victoria Square, Adelaide, SA.

 

  1. Eligibility: Entry is open to registered Podium Club members aged 18 years and over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

 

  1. How to Enter: Complete the registration form, select your preferred experience(s) and time(s), and submit a written response in 50 words or less to: “What is your favourite memory of the Adelaide Street Circuit, and why?”

 

  1. Competition period: Entries open Monday 3rd October 2025 and close Monday 3rd November, 5pm ACDT.

 

  1. Selection of Winners: This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining winners. Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on:
    • Creativity (40%)
    • Relevance to the Adelaide Street Circuit (30%)
    • Passion for Motorsport (30%)

 

  1. Final Decision: The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome or any other decisions associated with the competition.

 

  1. Prizes include:
    • Course Car Lap
    • Pit Lane Walk
    • Podium Photo Opportunity
    • BOOST Mobile AUSX Supercross Experience

 

Each prize is for one person only, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

 

  1. No Shows: Winners who fail to attend their allocated session on time and without notifying the Promoter will forfeit their prize and may be excluded from future competitions/draws. No compensation or substitute will be offered.

 

  1. Notification: Winners will be notified by email and/or SMS and must confirm attendance prior to their allocated session.

 

  1. Conditions of Participation:
    • Winners must comply with all event safety requirements and directions from officials. Failure to do so may result in removal from the experience.
    • Participation is not transferable.
    • Participants in the Course Car Lap will be required to sign a ‘participation disclaimer’ on the day of the track experience.
    • All participants will be required to present photo ID at event

 

  1. Use of Entries for Promotional Purposes

By entering this competition, entrants consent to their entry being used, reproduced, published, and communicated by the Promoter for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, without further reference, payment, or compensation to the entrant.

 

  1. Photography & Promotion: Winners acknowledge that photographs and/or video may be taken during the experience and consent to their use by the Promoter for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

  1. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

 

  1. Liability: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of taking part in the prize.

 

Permit: This competition is conducted as a trade promotion lottery under South Australian legislation and does not require a permit.
