bp Adelaide Grand Final

calendar

29 Nov 2025

Triple Eight Race Engineering’s Broc Feeney will carry a 23-point championship lead into the final Supercars race of the season at the bp Adelaide Grand Final, following a tense 250-kilometre Saturday race.

Feeney led home fellow grand finalist Chaz Mostert in the second Supercars race of the bp Adelaide Grand Final. With the other contenders Will Brown and Kai Allen in fourth and fifth respectively, 88 points separate the four finalists with 125 points on offer to the winner of Sunday’s race.

While Feeney holds a 23-point lead over Mostert, Brown and Allen are 76 and 88 points behind the leader respectively.

Feeney overcame an early-race battle with Aaron Cameron and a late-race charge from Ryan Wood to claim what could be a decisive win in the championship race. Wood relinquished his second place on the final lap to his teammate Mostert, helping the latter maximise his points haul.

All four grand finalists faced nervy moments in the penultimate race of the season – Feeney with engine issues, Mostert with loose bodywork following contact and Brown and Allen tangling late in the race. Yet they all finished inside the top five, to keep the title race close heading into Sunday’s showdown.

Matthew Payne, Thomas Randle, Cameron Waters, James Courtney and Brodie Kostecki completed the top 10.

The decisive final Repco Supercars Championship race gets underway at 3:15pm local time on Sunday.

SUPER2 CHAMPION CROWNED

Tickford Racing’s Rylan Gray secured the Dunlop Super2 Series championship with a dominant win from pole position, with last year’s champion Zach Bates in second and Reuben Goodall in third.

Gray will graduate to the Repco Supercars Championship with Dick Johnson Racing next season.

Todd Hazelwood continued his winning ways in the Trico Trans Am Series, in a shortened second race of the weekend following a Turn 8 crash for James Moffat.

Glen Wood was declared the winner of the shortened Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup Australia third race, with the championship set to be decided between Harri Jones and Dylan O’Keeffe on Sunday.

The Battery World Aussie Racing Cars will also be settled on Sunday, with Kody Garland and South Australian Joel Heinrich the title contenders after the third race of the weekend was declared a non-event following a multi-car pile-up.

CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF THE ADELAIDE STREET CIRCUIT

The bp Adelaide Grand Final is celebrating 40 years of the Adelaide Street Circuit with Formula 1 cars, V8 Supercars, touring cars and more completing a special demonstration to mark the anniversary on Saturday.

Cars that were part of the parade included the iconic Benetton B186 Formula 1 car, the Holden Racing Team VT Commodore with which Craig Lowndes won the inaugural 1999 Adelaide 500 and more.

The classic cars return for another demonstration on Sunday and can be found in the 40-year anniversary presented by CarBiz marquee.

The Oracle Red Bull and VCARB Formula 1 cars were on track for demonstration sessions and a speed comparison, with Brendon Hartley and Scott Speed behind the wheel.
