2026 ADELAIDE GRAND FINAL MOVES FORWARD TO 26-29 NOVEMBER

Supercars can confirm that the 2026 bp Adelaide Grand Final will take place 26–29 November 2026.

 

The new dates announced this evening, means the event will move forward one week from the originally announced dates of 3–6 December.

 

The announcement follows productive discussions with the South Australian Motor Sport Board (SAMSB) and South Australian Government and reflects the success of Supercars’ inaugural Finals Series.

 

All parties agreed that bringing the event closer to the 2026 semi-final at Sandown will maintain excitement and momentum for fans, broadcasters and teams.

 

Supercars Chief Executive James Warburton said:

 

“The 2025 Repco Finals Series has been an incredible addition to our championship, and we want to keep that energy flowing right through to the Grand Final.

 

“Moving the Adelaide event forward by a week ensures fans stay engaged and the series maintains its intensity. We’re very happy with this outcome and grateful to everyone who worked with us to make it happen.

 

“Now that the 2026 dates are set for the Grand Final, we look forward to finishing the 2025 Championship on a high on the streets of Adelaide, in what has already been a spectacular event.”

“The earlier date gives us a cleaner window for fans in next year’s busy summer sporting calendar and improves broadcast opportunities amongst our growing national and international viewership.

 

“This new date further strengthens Adelaide’s position as the home of Supercars’ bp Adelaide Grand Final.”

 

The 2025 Repco Supercars Championship will be decided in the first ever bp Adelaide Grand Final this weekend on the famous Adelaide Street Circuit.
