CAR CLUB CORNER PRESENTED BY CARBIZ

After entering our busy Adelaide City Centre Gate 6 this year, will be a culmination of Cars and Culture with our Car Club Corner proudly supported by Carbiz.

 

The fields of Rymill Park overlooking the Bartels Road Straight will be field with colour and we invite you to be a part of that.

 

If your Car Club would like to be involved, we welcome your Expression of Interest.

 

We are seeking Car Clubs to showcase their valued members cars and display the amazing work that has gone into them.

Each Club can have up to 10 Cars on display over the 4 days of the event.

 

Fill out the EOI Form below and we will confirm your position at the 2026 bp ADL GF by September 30th.

CAR CLUB CORNER REGULATIONS

 

  • Cars will be parked up in Rymill Park area inside Gate 6 on pathway to Track Overpass on Bartels Road.
    • All cars will be parked on Grass
    • 10 Cars per Club maximum every day
    • No overhead Cover is provided for vehicles
  • All Cars are signed in every morning at Bump In time allocated. (approx. 7:00 – 7:30am tbc)
  • No Vehicles can leave until bump in times (approx. 5:00 – 5:30pm tbc)
  • Cars can either enter/exit daily or can be left overnight – Security on hand and will monitor area.

 

As a Club that is successful in being accepted for the 2026 bp ADL GF Car Club Corner display, you will be provided the following:

  • 2 x 4 Day Event Passes for Car Club Management
  • 2 x Single day G/A Passes per Car signed in daily

 

With your display you can supply:

  • Car Club promotional Material
    • Small Promotional Marquee’s (must meet event infrastructure requirements with corner weights etc)
    • Banners
    • Flags
    • Any other giveaway promotional material (no sale of any goods is allowed)
