Conditions of Entry
The Registration price is $189.00 AUD. There are no refunds available for this registration.
Registration includes:
- V8 Nation Vehicle Entry Pass
- 2 x 4 Day General Admission Tickets (Thu – Sun)
Vehicle can only bump in and out at the following times:
BUMP IN:
- Wed 26th Nov 9am – 4pm
- Thu 27th Nov 6:30am – 7:30am
BUMP OUT:
- Sat 29th Nov 3:30pm – 4:30pm (no trailers)
- Sat 29th Nov 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Area must be cleared by 8:30pm Saturday or vehicles will be towed away at vehicle owner’s cost. (no display for Sunday)

It is important that the details you have entered above are correct. Please check them carefully before submission as adjustments cannot be made.
Final advice on entry/exit details, ticket collection and vehicle display will be provided by email to entrant within 14 days of the event.
