2026 ADLGF Event Launch Invite Competition – Terms & Conditions

Win an Exclusive Invite to the 2026 bp Adelaide Grand Final Event Launch

Promoter

The promoter of this competition is South Australian Motor Sport Board (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility

1. Entry is open only to current, valid South Australian Podium Club Members aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2. Membership must remain valid at the time of the prize draw and prize acceptance.

3. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies directly involved in the administration of this competition may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter’s discretion.

4. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per eligible (SA) Podium Club Member. Multiple entries from the same member will not be accepted.

Competition Period

5. The competition opens on the date published by the Promoter and closes at the time and date specified in the competition advertisement. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

How to Enter

6. To enter, eligible members must complete the competition entry process as instructed by the Promoter during the competition period.

7. No purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated.

Prize

8. There are two (2) prizes to be won.

9. Each prize consists of one (1) double invitation (admitting the winner and one guest) to the exclusive 2026 bp Adelaide Grand Final Event Launch on Wednesday, 6 August 2026 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

10. The total number of attendees from this competition will therefore be four (4) people.

11. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other benefit.

12. Any costs not expressly included in the prize, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, parking and incidental expenses, are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

Prize Draw

13. The winners will be selected by random electronic draw on Thursday, 23 July 2026.

14. The draw will take place at a location determined by the Promoter.

15. The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

16. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details associated with their Podium Club membership.

17. Winners must respond within the timeframe specified by the Promoter to confirm acceptance of the prize.

18. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

Event Attendance

19. Winners and their guests must comply with all venue conditions of entry and any event terms imposed by the event organisers.

20. Guests must be accompanied by the winning member unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or withdraw the prize if the winner or guest engages in inappropriate, unlawful or unsafe behaviour.

22. Winners and their guests are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the event venue. Travel, accommodation and any associated costs are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

Cancellation or Changes

23. If the event is postponed, rescheduled, cancelled or altered for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

Privacy

25. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purpose of administering this competition, contacting winners and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

26. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photography, video and publicity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General

27. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.

28. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

29. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or technically interrupted entries.

30. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the competition or the prize.

31. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

Acceptance of Terms

By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
